Lauren Cox
Clinician, Community Based Programs
Lauren Cox is a doctoral trainee in Clinical Psychology at the University of San Francisco, where she is pursuing her Psy.D. with a focus on culturally responsive, evidence-based care. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a minor in Music. Lauren has experience providing psychotherapy and psychological services to children, adults, older adults, and families across diverse clinical settings, including memory care, disability services, and underserved populations. She is passionate about identity development, trauma-informed care, and supporting marginalized communities, including adoptees and individuals with neurocognitive and developmental differences. In her free time, Lauren enjoys cooking and rock climbing.
